Google Drive is the approved data storage solution for Saddleback Church.
All files should be saved in My Drive for each individual user or in Shared Drives for team usage.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a suite of media creation apps that includes Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom. 

Individual apps or the suite may be procured by the Global Service Desk, and assigned to individual staff as a billed subscription, as needed.

ProPresenter may be procured by the Global Service Desk and assigned to presentation devices.
The evaluation version may be used for creating presentations, but a site license is required for church-owned devices that will be used for presenting.

Sophos Endpoint Protection is the approved endpoint protection suite for church-owned devices to protect against device compromise by viruses or malware.

Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect is the approved VPN solution for church-owned devices to remotely access secured, internal resources.

MailChimp is the approved mass-mailing and communications tool for Saddleback Church.
